Without Perception, there is no Life

Life is a long lesson in humility.

 Life consists not in holding good cards 
but in playing those you hold well.

 When I stand in front of God at the end of my life,

 I hope 

that I would not have a single bit of talent left, 

and 

could say:

 "I used everything You gave me." 

Life is a journey, 

and 

where your finish line is has yet to be examined. 

We are all on a pilgrimage to a final destination.

 Your choice of direction will lead you farther or closer to home. 

Every day is an opportunity to train.

 To find the truth and to find yourself is really what the journey is about.

 A humble knowledge of oneself is a surer road to God 

than a deep searching of sciences. 

When a person takes one step toward God, 

God takes more steps toward that person 

than there are sands in the worlds of time. 

Nothing has separated us from God 

but our own will, 

or 

rather our own will is our separation from God
